Dispatch Manager
Starting her BTK journey with us from DAY ONE! Desiree brought her previous Amazon experience to our team, starting as a driver and working her way up to Dispatcher and now Dispatch Manager!
Desiree manages all dispatch activities, and all dispatchers. She is also in charge of schedules and daily on the road operations. Desiree has brought the term multi-tasking to a new level!

Hiring & Training Manager
Shanta began her journey with us just one short month after our launch. She was quickly recognized for her people skills and attention to detail. Shanta worked her way up to Dispatcher and then was later promoted to Hiring and Training Manager. She now manages all recruiting, hiring and training.
There is no challenge that stands in her way!

Sam began with us on DAY ONE as a driver and through his persistence, dedication and hard work was recognized and promoted to Dispatcher. Sam now manages the most important element that affects our team - SAFETY!
His passion for this job has allowed our company to reach the highest Safety & Performance recognitions within our Nationwide Network.

Trenisha began working for us in 2022 as a driver. She was constantly at the top of her metrics and performance and showed an interest in learning more.
Trenisha has great strength in her abilities to troubleshoot driver issues on the road while still maintaining a cool head. This together with always being able to see the drivers perspective makes her an excellent BTK Dispatcher!

Patrick has always shown a willingness to help and he takes real pride and ownership in his roles.
Bringing Pat onto the Dispatch team was an easy decision. He does not leave until the job is done, and done properly!

Rudy joined our team in 2021 where he trained to become a Stepvan Driver. Always has a smile on his face and ready to lend a hand with whatever the day will bring.
Rudy's promotion into the full time Fleet Manager position was due to his automotive skills and knowledge, his positive and helpful attitude, and his excellent track record as a driver with us.

Part Time Fleet Manager
Alberto has been driving our Stepvans since early 2020. He is a BEAST on routes and can complete any route in half the amount of time of anyone else we have seen!
Alberto has always jumped in to help when it was needed, we have relied on him to rescue our days more times than we can count. If there is a driver route in need, Alberto will save the day!
